Hello, I am Dianne Loepker founder and principle Limited License Legal Technician for Premier Legal Technician Firm, LLC. We are located in Vancouver, Washington (Clark County), with active clients in neighboring counties (Cowlitz, Wahkiakum and Skamania), but we can assist clients in all counties within the State of Washington.

About me:

My husband, Tim and I feel very blessed to have found each other, and that our blended family with his two sons and my two daughters bonded so well, even though there is a big difference in age between them. Now that the children are grown and making their own mark in society, we try to get together every couple of years for a family vacation. Needless to say, it is hard work to coordinate but worth every minute when we are together.

We live with our chocolate lab Brandi, north of Vancouver and love everything Washington has to offer. Beautiful scenery, mountains and beaches within a couple hours drive. Seattle and Portland are close if we want to go to the city.

My husband and I love watching the Seattle Seahawks, College football, NCAA basketball and golf tournaments; driving to Long Beach on the Washington side or Lincoln City on the Oregon side to reach two of the most soul settling places created by God.

As a breast cancer survivor, having been diagnosed in late 2015, spent most of 2016 and 2017 in treatment, I am thankful to be in remission and for the support I received from my family and friends. I do share my experience with anyone who will listen, because this disease affects so many women and I believe that by sharing, we can help others who might be going through a similar health battle. I am always looking for ways to help the cause and join in against the fight.
